In a nutshell:  investigates and analyses the presence and shared content of anterior cruciate ligament patients, sports surgeons, and top orthopaedic hospitals on popular social media streams (Twitter and Instagram).  Concludes that social media may be a useful way of discovering more about patient satisfaction and may help hospitals better manage expectations, enhance health care delivery, and improve marketing strategies.
